Turquoise Mountain Pendant Set In 14 K Gold

A most unusual stone from the Turquoise Mountain mine in Kingman, Az. is the focal point of this elegant 14 K gold pendant. The delicate work by Oliver Smith enhances the stone creating a wondrous pendant of heirloom quality. The leaf and floral work is among the finest work which is so typical of Navajo craftsmanship but this is in gold making it far rarer. The touches of blue shining through the speckled darker blue gives life to this stone. Touches of golden matrix overlay the turquoise color giving interest and mystery to this natural turquoise. This pendant carries 20 carats of turquoise and measures not including the bale, 1 1/2 in. long by 1 1/8 in. wide at its widest point.
