• Regular Shipping: Most purchases at Turquoise Buffalo are sent first class priority mail with delivery confirmation by the United States Post Office. Please note that shipping fees are not refundable in the case of a return or exchange.

• Special Orders: large items such as heavy alabaster sculptures, bronze sculptures, kachinas, paintings and other pieces of similar size and weight will be packed and shipped by our professional company here in Sedona. Although Turquoise Buffalo will pay some of the cost, there will be a charge to the customer for these larger pieces. For a specific packing and shipping charge on these larger pieces, please contact our customer service representative at turquoisebuffalo@aol.com or call our toll free number (888) 448-2994.

• International Customers: Please contact the Turquoise Buffalo Gallery directly to obtain shipping costs on large items and to check international availability, as some items cannot be shipped internationally. We ship via air parcel post via the U.S. postal service. We do not accept orders from Nigeria or Indonesia.

• Please contact us during regular business hours (Arizona Time) to request additional information at (888) 448-2994. Due to the complexity of determining shipping on certain items the Turquoise Buffalo reserves the right to charge an additional fee for select items. The customer will always be contacted in these cases.

• Images of our Packaging: To Demonstrate the high value we place on our merchandise we included some images of the packaging that you can expect when ordering jewelry from the Turquoise Buffalo.

The sales representative informed us that the artist did custom work and we began the work of re-designing our kachina. We were pleasantly surprised when we walked through the doors of the Turquoise Buffalo Gallery in uptown. What a beautiful store filled with quality merchandise. We were fascinated with the Alabaster sculptures the store has to offer. We knew nothing about Alabasters but the staff was quite knowledgeable. We wanted to purchase an Alabaster but we live in Ohio and didn’t want something too Southwest for the décor of our home. The sales representative worked with us to find a nice sculpture. After going back and forth between two very nice pieces, we selected a small wolf head. It has a western flavor but isn’t too Southwest for our Ohio décor.
